We are tentatively planning to start training again on Monday, September 13th at the Sheppard Family Park Munroe Barn in High River.
Class will begin at 7:00PM and run until 8:30PM for Adults
Class will begin at 7:00PM and run until 8:00PM for Children
Class will be Monday and Thursday nights weekly
New and returning members are very welcome!
Monthly Fees will be $60 per person per month
Please remember:
- Bring a mask to wear indoors while training
- If you do not have GI please wear comfortable clothes / gym strip
- Bring a water bottle
- Please DO NOT come to class if you are feeling sick, or unwell, or have any of the following symptoms: fever, new or worsening cough, new or worsening shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, sore throat, runny nose, or loss of taste/smell.
